1.No,this arrangement is wrong if we see them on the basis of size.

Cause the shell is same only charge is increasing in each succeeding element So Aluminium should have size greater than all these and Cl should have size less than all.

2. Yup dear, this arrangement is right.

Cause as we move down the group atomic size increase .

And as Be is the first element of this group ,So it would have the smallest size.

3. No ,this is again wrong

Flourine is the first element of its group and last from

period wise.

So it has the smallest size.Iodine has bigger size.
