Adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary

70° + x = 180°

x = 180° - 70°

x = 110°

Opposite angles of parallelogram are equal ,

therefore x = y

y = 110°

Then , external angles is equal to the sum of opposite internal angles

therefore , z = 70° + x

z = 70° + 110°

z = 180°
