which normal form is the relation R is in?​

Depends on what is your candidate key.

But if A alone is candidate key

1nf-atomic

2nf-no partial dependencies

3nf- no transitive dependencies like A->B ,B->C,A->C

not in bcnf because there are non prime attributes on which other columns are depending
