Consider the following sets of numbers. U = Universal set = {natural numbers less than or equal to 25}; Set A = {2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14}; Set B = {multiples of 3 less than or equal to 25}.

U= Universal set= {set of natural number less than or equal to 25}

So this is a descriptive form, in order to turn into into Tabular form we need to write down "the natural numbers before 25 and *not* 25 as we need less".

U= {1, 2, 3, …, 24}       I have added '...' instead of all the numbers

A= {2,4,6,8,10,12,14}   *As it is*

B= {Multiples of 3 less or equal than 25}

So here we have to add all the multiples of 3. this time we can write 25 only if it's a multiple of 3.

B= {3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24}
