because the difference (D) always between the numbers are -3
thus the solution of the answer will be
F (x) = -3(X)+4 .

You have to isolate x so first you kick out 9x by doing the opposite operation which is subtraction, and you do it to both sides

Then you have 3y=12-9x so you divide both 12 and -9x by 3 and you get y=4-3x and that's how i got -3
