Start from the end point (right side)

3 resistors in series ( 2R + R +R) = 4 R

They are in prallel with the resistor 2R hence equivalent is (4R/3).

This is then in series with R & 2R which makes equivalent resistance as 3R + (4R/3) = 19R/3.

This is then in parallel with 2R. Which make the equivalent 38R/25 = 1.52R

This is now in series with R. Hence final resistance is R+ 1.52R = 2.52R = 2.52x15 = 37.8
