Hence Discriminant is less than 0 , which means roots are complex . Lets apply quadratic formula ,
★ x = -b ±√b²-4ac/2a .

=> x = -1 ± √ (-1) × 3 / 2 .
=> x = -1 ± √-1 × √3 / 2 .
=> x = -1 ± 3i / 2.
