Answer:

Explanation:

2SO2 + O2 = 2SO3

We consider w.r.t to SO2 first because its the limiting reagent , so :

-> 2 mol SO2 = 2 mol SO3

-> 1 mol SO2 = 1 mol SO3

-> 22.4L SO2 = 22.4L SO3

-> 1L SO2 = 1L SO3

-> 5L SO2 = 5L SO3

-> Vol. of SO3 produced = 5L

now, 1 mol of O2 = 2 mol SO3

-> 22.4L O2 = 2*22.4L SO3

-> 1L O2 = 2L SO3

->1/2 L O2 = 1 L SO3

-> 1/2×5L 02 = 5L SO3

-> 2.5L O2 = 5L SO3

ANSWER -> 5L SO2 + 2.5 L 02 ----> 5L SO3

                                    OR

               -> 5L SO2 + 10L O2 --------> 5L SO3 + 7.5L O2
