Consider the two statements:

B: Events which are certain
to happen have the highest

SENTENCE (A) and (B) BOTH ARE INCORRECT .

Explanation:

ACCORDING TO ME :-

In statement (A) it's written that events which have no chance of happening have the lowest probability which is incorrect as things which have no chance of happening can't have a probability at all , doesn't matter lowest or highest .

And in statement (B) its written events which are certain to happen have highest probability which is incorect as there things are certain to happen so they can't have highest probability .
