step 1) Choose Options from the Tools menu.

step 2) Excel displays the Options dialog box.

Make sure the View tab is selected. (See Figure 1.)

step 3) Clear the Sheet Tabs check box to turn off the worksheet tabs.

step 4 )Click on OK.
