                    2 mole            1 mole             2 mole 
                       48g             22400ml        44800 ml
here it is clear that, 48g Mg reacts with 22400 ml of oxygen at STP
∴ 1 g of Mg reacts with 22400/48 ml of oxygen at STP,
∴ 4.03 g og Mg reacts with 22400/48 × 4.03 ml =1880.66ml  of oxygen at STP.
hence, option (a) is nearest value of it. so answer is (a)
