Considering the dangers associated with spreading a disease, why are people who are affected by communicable diseases told not to travel on airplanes?

There is increase in pressure with altitude. people with communicable disease has decreased internal pressure than normal guy.
so there will be large equilibrium diff. between pressure and they may become faint
