Answer will be 15 m/s.

(54×5/18)m/s=15m/s {We multiply 5/18 to km/h to change it into m/s}

Converting km into m and hrs into secs we get
1km=1000m
So,54km=54*1000=54000m
And,1 hr=60mins and 1min=60secs so
1hr=60*60=3600 secs
Now speed=Distance/Time
54000/3600=15m/sec

Hope this helps...
