Constitution save us from ourselves:

The safety and security against our own evil done is being saved through the functioning of the Constitution.

The rights to constitutional remedy rectifies or polishes the constitution and similarly, the constitution also saves through the provisions of fundamental rights and duties with articles of directives of state policies which ensures the wrong doing and eager decisions to be stalled by the constitution, which may lead to many diverse and devastating consequences.
