Constitutional Amendment - संविधान संशोधन ( संविधान में कोई बदलाव या सुधार)

The Whole meaning of the Question is :

संविधान संशोधन से अर्थ ये होता है की कोई  बदलाव जो संविधान के प्रावधानों में  किया जाए जिससे  की कोई नया कानून बनाने में मदद मिल सके.

The changes that Govt makes in the Constitutional provisions are termed as amendments to the Constitution. Sometimes laws can not be made or enacted due to lack of provisions in the Constitution and then new changes are brought in the Constitution to support the new laws.

Example - 16th amendment to the Constitution was made in the year 1989 to reduce Voting age from 21 to 18.
