At different stages in life, one faces different constraints (or we can call them impediments) which he / she has to overcome.

• As a child you have a constraint of growing up, sometimes sibling jealousy and such immature constraints.
• As a teenager, you may have constraints of studies, coping up with social life, developing various competencies
• As a youngster you may have constraints of finances, getting married, choosing a right partner, managing personal and professional life, getting better than a colleague, earn better than a friend and such mature constraints.
• After having a family, you may have family related issues, managing work life and family life, developing competencies of children, combined with health issues
• And lastly in your old age constraints may be more so related with loneliness or health related.

At each stage in life your constraints and the resolutions to overcome may differ for person to person.
