Draw AB= 6cm

Construct 90° on point A and cut 2.6 cm .

Draw a line parallel to AB through the altitude .

Take 3.2cm on the compass and draw an arc cutting the line parallel to AB . Name the point D .

Join AD.

Without changing the radius of the compass, draw BC parallel to AD.

Finally, join CD. The obtained quadrilateral is the required parallelogram.
