1.draw OA .

2.take O as centre draw an arc of any radius.

3.take B as which cuts the previous arc at C.

4.take C and D as centres which intersect each other at point E.

5.this angle is of 90 degree.

6.Take B and F as centres drw two arcs that intersect at point G.

7.take H and B as centre drw arcs that interests at point I.

8.then IOA is required angle of 22 and half.
