I will explain the process u do it

draw the base first if a side is given take a compass and draw an arc by given measurement, do it on both sides.u will get a meeting point from the arcs and mark it by the data given.

if any angle is given take a protractor and draw the given angle; if 2 angles are given do the same on other side or if length is given do the earlier process.
