By using a compass, you just need to draw a straight line as first... then construct a 60degree angle on any point of the line (later we can just change the side of it to form 210 degrees)
then construct a bisector on the 60 degrees angle, you will get 30 degree, and then the bisect of it will be the main line of the 210 degrees, just try and position your drawings, finding the angle that looks >180 degrees... hope this helps
