Here is your answer -

1) draw a line of 5 CM.

2) make a circle by taking the 5 CM as radius.

3) make an angle of 60° on either sides from centre point.

4) extend these lines to intersect the circle.

5) from the point of intersection make an angle of 90 degree .

6) extend these two lines and where they intersect mark the point .

7) the required tangents are formed with an angle of 60° .
