structure of equation is

 {x}^{2}   - (  \alpha +   \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  = 0

here

 \alpha  =  - 2 \: and \:  \beta  =  - 2

therefore equation will be

 {x}^{2}   - 4x + 4 = 0
