See its simple make a diagnol of any measure either 5cm or 7cm.
Now we know that diagnols of a parallelogram bisect each other and in the question it is given that the angle between them is 75.
So make an angle of 75 degree at the midpoint of ur diagnol of 5cm ( i am taking it 5cm)
Now the other diagnol is also bisected so extend this angle of 75 degree to the other side also and mark an arc of 3.5cm (half of 7cm) as this diagnol is also bisected. And join the end points to form a quadrilateral.
