Step-by-step explanation:

In parallelogram there are parallel equal opposite sides with equal opposite angles.

if ABCD is parallelogram,

AB = CD = 4.3cm

AD = BC = 4cm

BD = AC = 6.8cm

now these are the measurements, use them to construct this!

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

AB = 4.3 cm,

AD = 4 cm

BD = 6.8 cm.

To find :-

Construct a parallelogram ABCD ?

Solution :-

Step-1:-

Rough Diagram :-

See the above attachment

Step-2:-

Construct :-

See the above attachment

Step-3:-

Steps of Construction :-

Draw a rogh diagram for Parallelogram ABCD.

→ Draw a line segment AB with 4.3 cm.

→ Draw an arc with 4 cm from A .

→ Draw another arc with 6.8 cm from B.

→ The intersecting point of the two arcs is D.

→ Join A and D , B and D.

→ Draw another arc from D with 4.3 cm.

→ Draw another arc from B with 4 cm.

→ Name the interesting point as C.

→ Join B and C , D and C.

→ ABCD paralellogram is formed .

Therefore, ABCD is the required paralellogram.

Used formulae:-

→ Opposite side are parallel and equal in a Parallelogram.
