TO CONSTRUCT:

A parallelogram ABCD, AB = 6.5 cm, diagonal AC = 3.4 cm , altitude from A to BC = 2.5 cm.

STEP 1: Draw a ray AX & cut AL = 2.5 cm on it.

STEP 2: On AX at point L construct a perpendicular LY as shown in the fig.

STEP 3: Taking A as centre with 6.5 cm radius draw an arc cutting extended YL at point B.
