1. Draw a base line DC= 6.5 cm
( we know that parallel lines in parallelogram are equal i.e DC is used as base)

2. Now with the help of compass with radius 3.4 cm draw 2 areas from points D and C respectively.

3. Now from point D draw a ray cutting the previous arc and mark it as A. Now from point A draw a are cutting the other arc, and mark as point B.

4. Now join B to C. To find the measure of altitude cm. we know that altitudes in parallelogram are equal.

Therefore,
measure of altitude cm = 2.5 cm
