Construction: To draw a parallelogram ABCD
STEP I : Draw a line segment AC = 3.8 cm.
STEP II : Take a point O such that O is the midpoint of AC.
STEP III : With O as a point draw a line segment BD = 4.6 cm such that ∠COD = 60° and DO = OB = 2.3 cm.
STEP IV : Now join the points AB, BC, CD and DA.
Therefore we get a parallelogram ABCD.

Answer
Steps of Construction:
(i) Construct AO=1/2AC=3cm and produce AO to C such that OC=OA.
(ii) At the point O, draw ∠COP = 45

(iii) From OP
Cut OD=1/2BD
=1/2×4.6
=2.3cm
(iv) Produce OD to OB such that OB = OD.
(v) Now join AB, BC, CD and DA.
Therefore, ABCD is the required parallelogram.
