From given, we have,

Steps of construction:

Draw a line LO with a scale of 7 cm.

From a point L, with an angle of measure of 65° and a scale of 6 cm draw a line.

From point B, with a scale of 7 cm, draw a line parallel to line LO.

From point O, with a scale of 6 cm, draw a line parallel to line BL.

A point where the lines drawn from points B and O intersect, mark it as W.

Hence the required parallelogram BLOW.
