Step-by-step explanation:

1. Draw a line segment AB of length 5 cm.

2. Now, make Angle A=Angle B= 60° using ruler and compass or protractor.

3. Now extend the line on 60° till any random point.

4. Again, measure the 3 cm length on your compass.

5. Now, cut the random length ray by the length on your compass i.e., 3 cm.

6. Now, perform step 4 and 5 on the other side i.e., Point A.

7. Mark the points as C and D. Join CD.

:. ABCD is the required parallelogram.
