3. With a radius of 5.5 cm and Q as centre cut and arc in the line m which is incident at 70°[external angle] to the point Q and mark the new point as R.

4. Since opposite sides are equal in a //gm, contruct the same 5.5 cm arc at line l from point P.

5. Join R and S.

6. PQRS is the required Parallelogram.

It will be found that RS = PQ = 4cm
