construct a parallelogram when one of its sides is 4.4 cm and diagonals are 5.6 and 7 cm

A parallelogram's diagonals bisect each other,
so they intersect at a point that is
 from one end of the  side, and
 from the other end.
We can locate that point by drawing
an arc with radius centered at one end of a  side/segment, and
an arc with radius centered at the other end of the same side/segment
