product of roots:

 =(2+\frac{\sqrt{5}}{2})(2-\frac{\sqrt{5}}{2})

= 2^{2}+(\frac{\sqrt{5}}{2})^2

=4+\frac{5}{4}

=\frac{21}{4}

so a=4, b=-16, c=21

equation  is 4x^2-16x+21
