Answer:

⇒ Draw a line segment AB = 5cm.

⇒ With A as a center and radius AC = 5cm, draw an arc.

⇒ With B as a center and radius BC = 6cm, draw an arc, intersecting the previous arc at point C.

⇒ With A as a center and radius AD = 3cm, draw an arc.

⇒ Take C as a center with radius CD = 4cm draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at point D.

⇒ Join AC, BC, AD and CD.

Thus, ABCD is a required quadrilateral.

how to construct a quadrilateral

give name the angles ABCD.

give:-

AB=5 CM

BC=4.5 CM

CD=6 CM

AD= 3.5 CM

and diagonal= BD= 6.5 cm

now construct a quadrilateral ABCD.

STEP 1. make one pointed line. give it's name AB, mark AB= 5cm.

STEP 2. mark one line upward from point B to C and mark it 4.5 cm.

STEP 3. mark one more line from point C to D which is parallel to AB. and mark it 6 CM.

STEP 4. join the line which is left out. give it's name AD and mark it 3.5 cm.

now the last STEP is to mark it's diagonal.

STEP 5. join a point from B to D for diagonal, and mark it 6.5 cm.

hence, your quadrilateral is ready.
