STEPS OF CONSTRUCTION

✭ Draw a line segment BC = 4.6 cm

✭ At B , construct ∠ XBC 75 °

✭ With centre B and radius equal to 5 cm , draw an arc to cut XB at A

✭ At C , construct ∠ YCB = 120°

✭ With centre C and radius equal to 3.1 cm ,draw an arc to cut YC at D.

✭ Join AD

↝ Then , ABCD is a required quadrilateral .
