Construct a quadrilateral ABCD in which BC = 5.5 cm, CD = 6.4 cm, angle C = 75°,
angle D = 120

Step of construction:

\rightarrow Draw a line segment BC of 5.5 cm.

\rightarrow Using ruler and compass, draw angle C = 75°, extend it to CX ( you can also use protector for making angle )

\rightarrow From ray CX cut off CD = 6.4 cm

\rightarrow At D make an angle of 120°, extend it to Ray DY

\rightarrow Now draw a line from B intersecting DY at A.

\rightarrow ABCD is the required quadrilateral.

Note*- See the attachment for the required diagram and seems like your question it incomplete as there length of AD or BA should also be provided but I have done it.
