★Step of construction:
Draw a line segment BC of 5.5 cm.
Using ruler and compass, draw angle C = 75°, extend it to CX ( you can also use protector for making angle )
From ray CX cut off CD = 6.4 cm
At D make an angle of 120°, extend it to Ray DY
Now draw a line from B intersecting DY at A.
ABCD is the required quadrilateral.
Note*- See the attachment for the required diagram and seems like your question it incomplete as there length of AD or BA should also be provided but I have done it.
