In euclidian geometry, a quadrilateral may be a polygonal shape with four edges and 4 vertices or corners. Sometimes, the term quadrangle is employed, by analogy with triangle, and typically polygon for consistency with pentagon, polygonal shape and so on.

Length of diagonal BD is 6.2 cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

1. First draw diagonal line AC 6.5 cm.

2. From point A take a arc of length 4 cm and point C take a arc of 4 cm above the line AC.

3. Intersection of arc from A and C above the line AC give us point B.

4. From point A take a arc of length 5 cm and point C take a arc of 5 cm below the line AC.

5. Intersection of arc from A and C below the line AC give us point D.

6. After measuring diagonal BD which is almost 6.2 cm.
