Step-by-step explanation:

1. draw a line segment of AB = 5.5cm.

2. construct an angle of 80 degree.

3. mark an arc of 7cm from the point A which cut at point D .

4.then again mark an arc of 6.5cm from point B and then mark an arc from point C of 6.3cm which cut at point C.

5. join the line BC and CD

therefore it is a required quadrilateral ABCD.
