Hey friend I wanted to tell youba trick:
In MNRS =MN,NR,RS are given . But MS is not given so you had to construct it in such a way that MS should be at top. So make NR base.

MNRS is the required quadrilateral.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Construct a quadrilateral MNRS with sides MN=5.5 cm,NR=6cm,RS=6.5cm and diagonals MR=8cm and NS=7.5cm

Following steps:

  • Draw a line MN=5.5 cm using scale.
  • Take measure of 6cm and draw an arc from point N and measure of 8cm and draw an arc from point M which cuts at point R
  • Take measure of 6.5cm and draw an arc from point R and measure of 7.5cm and draw an arc from point N which cuts at point S
  • Join NR,RS and SM

Now,  MNRS is the required quadrilateral.
