First of all you need a compass, scale and protector

Step-by-step explanation:

\large\mathcal\green{ Step \:  of \:  construction}

i) A line segment PQ= 4.5 cm is drawn.

ii) At point Q, ∆ RQp= 120° is drawn.

iii) From qx, qr=5.2 is cut off.

iv) By taking p as a centre and ps=4 cm as radius an arc is drawn.

v) By taking r as a centre rs=5.5 cm as radius another arc is drawn to cut the previous arc at point s.

vi) ps,and sr are joined.

Then, pqrs is a required quadrilateral.
