⇒ Draw line segment PQ=4.4cm

⇒ Take Q as a center and draw angle of 120

⇒ Cut off RS=5.5cm

⇒ Take R as center with radius 5.5cm and draw an arc.

⇒ Take P as center with radius 4cm and draw an arc cutting previous arc at point S.

⇒ Join PA and RS

∴ PQRS is a required quadrilateral.
