First draw line bc of 3.5 cm, then construct an angle of 90 degree at point B.cut an arc of 2.7 cm on the arrow and name the point as A.the keeping the pointer of the rounder on point A cut an arc at a distance of 6 cm.now keeping the pointer of te rounder on point C at a distance of 4 cm cut the earlier arc, name the intersecting point as D.There it is, the quadrilateral ABCD is constructed.
