Step-by-step explanation:

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment qr = 3.6 cm using ruler

Step 2 : Draw a right angle at q on qr using protector/set square

Step 3 : Draw an arc taking r as center using compass and taking width 6 cm such that it intersect angle drawn in step 2 at p

Step 4 : Draw a right angle at p on pq using protector/set square

Step 5 : Draw a right angle at r on qr using protector/set square such that intersect angle drawn in step 4 at s.

Rectangle pqrs is constructed

Measured ps found = 3.6 cm

Measured pq & rs - found = 4.8 cm

Answer:

Steps of Construction:

(i) Construct a line segment QR = 6 cm.

(ii) At the point Q, construct a ray QX making an angle of 90 and cut off QP =4cm

(iii) At the point P, construct a ray making an angle of 60

and at R, a ray making an angle 120

which meets each other at the point S.

Therefore, PQRS is the required quadrilateral.
