take a point 'p' and mark it with a pencil on paper

draw PQ using scale of lenght 5 cm (given)

and then draw PR using scale of length 7.5 cm ( given)

then draw RS of length 5 cm parallel to PQ ( parallel lines of rectangle are equal)

then draw QS of length 7.5 cm parallel to PR ( parallel lines or rectangle are equal)
