Construction of  a rhombus ABCD

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Draw a line AC = 8 cm. This will be diagonal of rhombus.

2. Take an arc of 6.8 cm with help of compass.

3. Mark arc of 6.8 cm from point A and C below line AC. Intersection of arc below line AC will give point B.

4. Similarly mark arc of 6.8 cm from point A and C above line AC. Intersection of arc above line AC will give point D.

5. Now join A to B and A to D.

6. Join C to B and C to D.

7. This is figure of required rhombus ABCD.
