1) Draw BD=8cm.

2)Draw perpendicular bisector PQ of BD.

3) Cut OA=OC=3cm [half the diagonal 6cm]

4) Join AB,AD,BC, and CD.

5) Measure side AB which is 5cm. Thus ABCD is the required rhombus
