Step 1. Draw a line segment CL=7.5cm

Step 2. With C as center , draw an arc with radius 7.5cm

Step 3. Now, with center L, draw an arc of radius 6cm , which intersects the arc in step 2 at E.

Step 4. With L as a center , draw another arc with radius 7.5cm

Step 5. With E as a center, draw an arc of radius UE=7.5cm , which intersects the arc in step 4 at U.

Step 6. Now , join UL,CE and EU.
