Steps of construction :-

● Draw DE = 6cm.
● From D open compass of more than half of DE and draw an arc up and down.
● From E also draw an arc io and down and name point of ntersection U and V .
● Join UV such that if cuts DE AT O.
● From O open compass and cut an arc of 4cm. up and down and name pint of intersection B and N.
● Join BE , EN , ND AND DB.

Therefore , BEND is required quadrilateral.
