Construct a rhombus LMNO,where LN=3 cm and MO=5 cm and write the steps of construction.

Steps of construction:-

• Draw diagonal LN=3 cm.

• Construct the perpendicular bisector of LN to get the mid-point P.

• With P as centre and half of MO,i.e. 2.5 cm as radius,draw an arc above and below to cut the perpendicular bisectors at O and M respectively.

• Join LO,ON,MN,LM to get the rhombus LMNO.
