Answer:

Step 1 : Draw a line segment AC = 6.3 cm using a ruler

Step 2 :  Using compass taking length around 4 cm Draw arcs taking A as center on both side of line segment

Step 3 : Keeping same length of compass opened now taking C as center Draw arc on both sides of line such that  intersect earlier drawn arcs at P & Q

Step 4 : Draw a line passing through P & Q intersecting AC at O

Step 5 :  Take length = 4.82 = 2.4 cm from point O on both side line drawn in last step and mark them B & D

Step 6 : Join AB , BC , CD & AD
