Answer:

Draw BD = 8 cm.

Draw perpendicular bisector PQ of BD.

Cut OA = OC = 3 cm [half the diagonal 6 cm]

Join AB, AD, BC and CD.

Measure side AB which is 5 cm. Thus ABCD is the required rhombus.
